Property management for Greeks abroad and non-resident foreigners

All Greeks abroad are, for our company, our most significant clients and, in fact, they are the reason for its creation in 2005. Following repeated contacts by Greeks abroad concerning the management of their property in Greece, PPO decided to establish a formal company that would fill, mainly, this particular void in the market.

The difficulty inherent in a long–distance property management was the reason for the designing and development of our remote control monitoring and the further training of our partners in expert reports and financial advisory services, in addition to their academic training in specific areas.

The real-estate-centered design of this system, operates in an especially positive way during the monitoring of the various stages of energy modifications and investments as there is a basic informational structure and any additional service is based on the preexisting information which has been recorded previously.
