Licensing

This phase in the life of a building refers to a difficult, in every one's opinion, of the stage which precedes construction, re-building, remodeling, or addition and, in general, of any construction which requires a specific permit. This phase includes building licenses, licenses for the establishment and operation, licenses for modification of use, approval of environmental terms, etc.
